The Problem

While a movement of digital agencies and marketing shops have risen up during our 20 year history to provide artsy creative services and web tactics, one gap still remains: enterprise-standard marketing at costs that don't make small business owners twitch. More often than not, those searching for a marketing partner to help with their lead supply or to convert passives into paying customers they do it the old-fashioned way — they use a local shop or Google it.

The Solution

That’s why Surf Pacific was created, the first of its kind agency. After being on the receiving end of many desperate, “Do you know a web development company?” queries in 1997, Steve and Carolyn Gray began leveraging their extensive connections within the advertising, film and television space to build a pool of some of the best and most specialised creative and technical talent. First in the UK, then the US, and then from 2000, in Australia - where the family business principally operates from.
