I love to spend time with my family, having said that I wouldn’t say looking after both a 3 and 5-year-old fall into the category of “unwinding”. I do have a chair in my house where I go to listen to music and think though. I find this very calming.
I enjoy football, basketball, boxing, movies and music. They all at some point during a regular week will find themselves taking up at least a small portion of my time.
