I’m a problem solver with 8 years of editing and filming experience. The most important thing is to will to improve constantly. Not just as an individual, but as a company and community.
Without the will to improve yourself and your environment on a daily basis, you will just stand there, getting nowhere.
A team environment relies on the respect and trust you build with your co-workers. Once you can trust the team around you, your job becomes easier.
As 74% of Internet traffic is video, there’s great importance of getting each video right. And with each video we create, there’s always a sense—even when the video’s ready for the client—that it could be better.
Design thinking helps the company get better and more efficient in every aspect of business and helps the customer. Design thinking is a tool that can help us to solve every problem we meet in our work and make sure does we do our work well.
A good client is open minded and ready to take some criticizm in order to improve. A bad client is stubborn and not willing to change himself to get attuned to the market.
I like both filming and editing. When we go out to film the client, I find it really interesting because every client is different. Each client has a different story and we get to film that and bring it out on their website.
The editing part is just like puzzle solving. It takes time but at the end you see a masterpiece that tells the story about the client and the way they can improve other people lives.
I really like surfing, exercising, running and reading books. All of these activities help me to improve myself.
I usually run with my headphones on the beach, it’s a beautiful way to call it a day and spend the last daylight minutes.
