For me, professionally, I’ve always been drawn to the process. The process of solving problems in pursuit of getting a magnificent result. When I say a result, I’m talking about one that has a genuine impact on a business’s bottom line.
I would describe myself as pragmatic, empathetic and at my core, I’m a true problem solver. I don’t like to dwell in a problem, I prefer to always be seeking a solution.
My ability to listen rather than speak serves me best. If I can grasp what drives every party I’m working with and try and see the world through their eyes, I can understand where they’re coming from and set out to meet the needs of everyone I work with.
The most important thing in business is definitely empathy. If you can only see the world through one perspective, you instantly limit yourself.
The hardest client to work with is the type of client who doesn’t celebrate their wins. If you can’t take a step back and look at where you started and where you are today, it makes it difficult to go again and make another breakthrough.
Challenges are inevitable when you want to grow at something. I try not to see anything as hard or difficult because I believe repetition is the mother of skill.
I work with my entire family, my girlfriend works with us too, it’s tough to think of something I wish was different. I have an amazing time every day working with such a great team and the people I adore most.

Design shouldn’t be self-serving, it should be used to enhance a business’s message not to distract a consumer from it.
A good client is someone who is willing to listen to all ideas, is open-minded wiling to step out of their comfort zone and has trust in our experience.
A bad client is someone who is set in their ways and expects more results but isn’t willing to change internally. The worse trait of a bad client is someone who’s a blamer—they look to blame rather than work together and solve challenges.

Find a way or make one
I’ve recently bought a Leica M10 with a 35mm Summilux lens, I haven’t put it down since I’ve got it. This camera comes with me everywhere and I love to take pictures of anything I find of interest and I think others would find interesting.
To unwind after work, I love to cook with my beautiful girlfriend Tris, share a glass of wine and talk about days. I also love photography at the moment, I’m very interested in taking pictures of landscapes.
